Your authorization and responsibilities
You must be authorized to request work at the property and to provide access to the equipment and accounts. Arrange any necessary property permissions, provide safe access, and disclose relevant site conditions. You are responsible for lawful device placement, property permissions, subscription eligibility, and account sharing.
Accounts, subscriptions, and third parties
Use unique passwords and supported security features. Back up important settings before work that could affect device configuration. Manufacturer apps, streaming subscriptions, internet services, and warranties are controlled by their respective providers and may require separate terms or fees.
Scheduling and payment
Appointment availability, deposits, payment milestones, and due dates will be stated in the accepted quote or service agreement. Contact us promptly if an appointment must change. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies unless a written agreement specifies additional terms consistent with applicable law.
Service limitations
Installation and setup depend on compatible devices, suitable property conditions, and supported manufacturer features. Streaming access and channel availability depend on your provider, subscription, region, and account eligibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted internet, app availability, or third-party services.
Problems and resolution
Report concerns promptly with the service date and a description of the problem. We will review the agreed scope and discuss reasonable next steps. No blanket warranty or limitation stated here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

channelslist Solutions is an independent installation and troubleshooting provider. We are not a broadcaster, streaming platform, subscription reseller, or manufacturer support center. Channel activation is assistance using official apps and your authorized accounts. We cannot bypass paid access or guarantee channel availability. Any provider subscriptions or activation charges are paid directly to the provider and are separate from our agreed service fee.
